This
is a pad built specially for the stop-start conditions of city driving.
A pad that works great from first application of the brake, and
does not require warm up but that has in-depth stopping power to
pull up any sedan, SUV and light truck real fast.
With
anti-noise shims and edge chamfers, these pads are totally NOISE
FREE and also carry heat expansion slots that prevent the center
area cracking, which happens with cheaper non-slotted pads. The
only reason to pay more money for a brake pad than these excellent
parts would be for dust reduction or if you were driving like a
racer.

EBC
2000 series Greenstuff is a quality British made brake pad using
Dupont® Kevlar® fibers which are stronger than steel. These
low abrasion fibers allow EBC to produce some of the finest aftermarket
pads in the world. Greenstuff delivers slightly less dust than most
original and aftermarket pads according to our experience, but is
not a NO DUST pad. By virtue of the way brakes work, this is impossible
to achieve. What you will get with Greenstuff 2000 is superb stopping
power as soon as the pads have bedded in, right up to a blistering
1000°F temperature making them a great entry level sport pad
for spirited road use and premium sedan applications that require
better stopping.
Pads
are shimmed, chamfered and slotted for silent operation and feature
EBC's Brake-In surface coating for fast bed-in of new pads after
installation.

Non-Drilled Rotors
For lowest price point and normal street replacement
the Ultimax non-drilled rotors are a great choice. High quality
gray iron casting precision machined to exactly the same tolerances
as rotors used fitted to your car from new. In race use it is generally
accepted that a non-drilled rotor delivers a slightly higher brake
effect than drilled but if you are using your vehicle off road or
for light race use read below ...
Ultimax
BlackDash USR Slotted Rotors
The narrower multi slot design of the Ultimax sport
rotor and the progressive angle at which the slots are machined
creates a quiet running sport rotor that still has benefits of removing
gas, dirt, water and debris and MAINTAINING parallel pad wear. EBC
have always been honest enough to say that the biggest advantage
of slotted rotors is the fact that they promote flat and parallel
pad wear rather than allowing ridges to develop on pads and rotors
which is typical of "drilled only" sport rotors. By preventing
these ridges brakes stay more consistent throughout pad and rotor
wear life (simple physics!).
EBC
3GD Sport Rotors
The unique wide aperture slots in the EBC sport rotor
actually draw cool air under the pad during heavy braking and reduce
brake temperatures whilst also helping remove dirt, dust and debris
and gasses created by heavy braking from the pad contact area. They
also improve braking in off road conditions of wet, mud or sand
and as such are a great choice for 4x4 vehicles. Blind drilled holes
eliminate the chance of rotor cracking which is common with through
drilled or completely drilled vent holes.
